    • Hey Moe,You got to get over here to ireland where the BBQ scene is hnotitg up. Let’s get a competition going on over here on this side of the pond! They need to see what it’s all about. I am from FL originally and been trying to bring BBQ here for a long time. It has been here since I got here but only when I get a wild hair .lolNow this fella out of chicago is in here making some waves and that is why I say things are hnotitg up. I think we got a real opportunity here and hope you might want to come visit Europe/Ireland to strut your BBQ stuff.Keep it real my man!Later,Greg

  3. Moe, just finished hwctaing you on TLC BBQ Pitmasters. I knew you had it in the bag when you presented your pork plate. As a Southerner, your plate looked like something one would receive at home(greens looked like heaven!). A plate you would be served at a church function. Or at any Southern cookout. I had all my fingers crossed. I also, think the fact you always smiled was an added bonus(happy cooks make tasty food!). Keep smiling.

  4. Moe long time no see. Very happy your doing so well. Moe did a whole hog at my wedding I still get tons of positive feed back on the food. Thats about the only thing most remember from my wedding was the pork 3 years ago. Good luck Moe hope you come hunting with all of is this year.

  5. Moe ,I just want to know if you’re ever gonna have anything around here(Des Moines) or central Iowa so we can get a taste of your great ribs. Are you at all thinking about opening a restaurant?? It definitely sounds like you should!! Keep “smoking “your competition!! 🙂
